The Octroi Management System (OMS) is a multi-user system developed by Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), ACTS for computerization of Octroi Function of Municipal Corporations. OMS performs automatic octroi calculation based on weight / value / quantity based system applicable to the Municipal Council and generates various types of receipts. OMS aids in octroi consolidation across all points of collection within the boundary of the Municipal Council.

- Processing of refund against various types of deposits.

- Tracking of all types of refund cases.
