PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Format for Submission:
a. Papers can be submitted by email, using a Postscript Level2 file. Alternatively, four hard copies of the manuscript can be submitted. Ideally the submitted papers should follow the specifications for the final camera-ready copies, as stated in the conference web page, namely not more than six pages of A4 size in the 2-column format, with 21mm top and bottom margins and 18mm side margins in 10-point Times New Roman font. Alternatively up to 15 A4 size single spaced pages of text using 12-point Times New Roman font may be submitted.

b. The manuscript should not include the names and affiliations of the authors. These should be included on a separate page of the submitted document, in the following form: paper title, author's names and affiliations, paper abstract, up to 5 keywords, and the postal and email addresses and phone/fax of the corresponding author.

Address for submission:
a. From within India, papers are to be submitted to Prof. Lawrence Jenkins, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore-560012, India; eMail:lawrn@ee.iisc.ernet.in.

b. Authors from outside India may submit their papers to Prof. S.S. Iyengar, Dept. of Computer Science, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, 70803, USA; eMail:iyengar@bit.csc.lsu.edu.

Last date for submission:
Please send your complete manuscript to the Technical Program Co-Chairs on or before June 11, 2002. All the manuscripts will be reviewed and notifications of review decisions will be mailed by September 01, 2002. Final camera-ready papers are due for submission on October 01, 2002.
