Educational Qualification & Experience:

I) For JRF: First Class M. Sc (Biotech, Bioinformatics, Scientific Computing, Computer Science), B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical Engg. Biotech, Computer Science) and GATE/CSIR-UGC NET (JRF or Lecturer-ship )/BINC qualified

II) For SRF: First Class M.Sc, BE, BTech or equivalent degree And 2 years of post qualification research experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals OR First class M.E., M.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering/ Technology

III) For RA: Doctorate (Ph. D) or equivalent degree OR 3 years of research, teaching design and development experience after ME/ M. Tech

Age : Below 30 for JRF and below 32 for SRF and 35 years for RA as on last date of advt.
Skill Set:
Programming in C/Fortran, JAVA, Perl and Algorithms in Chemo- and Bio-informatics areas.
Job Profile :
The incumbent is expected to develop novel algorithms and tools for data mining using evolutionary computing techniques.
Salary : Consolidated Salary ranging between Rs.14,000 to Rs.18,000 pm.
