RICCR's cooperation began with India from 1988 with Prof. R. Narasimha, NAL, Bangalore, in the area of aerospace engineering. In ILTP frameworks within the area Computer sciences there were executed more than 20 projects, organized 5 joint Russian-Indian exhibitions in Moscow at ICAD RAS and several dozens of scientists and engineers participated in scientific exchange.
