Centre for Development of Advanced Computing
(C-DAC)'s stall at the prestigious BangaloreIT.com recently held at the Palace Grounds, Bangalore during Nov 1-5, 2001 has bagged the Second prize for best utilization of the given space and good color combination. C-DAC which presented the theme "eGovernance in Regional Languages" at its stall, was exhibiting its expertise in eGovernance projects and related areas including its pioneering work in the field of language technology, Indian heritage, Multimedia and Digital libraries.

Amongst the visitors, were a number of dignitaries and professionals including Shri. Rajeeva Ratna Shah, Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Government of India, Shri.
