SSDG has a documented Quality Management System with well-defined processes to achieve Project Monitoring, Development, Maintenance and Quality Control in our projects. We have a Software Engineering team that focuses on process improvement and usage of appropriate Software Engineering Tools.

Project Monitoring
Our project teams have a well defined hierarchy of Project Coordinators, Project Leaders, Project Members, Test Leader, Test Engineers and Product Support Group. The Project Coordinator looks after the managerial aspects of the project. The Project and Test Leaders closely monitor the implementation activities of the project and provide technical guidance to the Members. The Progress Monitoring process takes care of monitoring the project at the appropriate levels through review meetings and work assignments and reports.

We use standard techniques for project planning and estimation. The project Plan, requirements and design documents are reviewed thoroughly.

Development
The Quality of the Development process is assured through Code walk through, Coding standards and different stages of testing. There are also regular meetings and reviews. Configuration management tools are used for version control. Our testing team does a thorough job of testing the software through integration, system and regression tests. We have defect tracking tool for defect management.
