  • Communication frameworks - Restful web service, Micro services
  • Databases - RDBMS
  • Basic Knowledge in Java technology/ .net technology and web services(REST,SOAP)
  • Basic Knowledge on Java Script
  • Good communication skill in English and Hindi
Job Profile
  • eSign and AUA/ASA on boarding support
  • Client service representative is to address client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support reps interact with client on a variety of channels such as phone and email, and ensure that all valid client concerns are being dealt with immediately.
  • Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
  • Effective communication skills, competent technical knowledge, ability to honor deadlines and a proactive approach to support and resolve the client issue with respect to service
  • Technical guidance and hand-on during eSign Integration with ASAP.
  • Selected candidate may have to work in shift.
