Skill set Sufficient experience in J2EE, Core Java, Swings, Struts 2, Mysql/ Oracle XML, Java Script, AJAX, Java Web Servers and application Servers (Knowledge of AJAX or Flex as an added advantage), familiarity with Hibernate, UML & spring.
