First Class B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent degree in Computer Science / Electronic & related domains with 3 to 7 years of Post Qualification work experience in relevant areas.

• Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple teams by working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to compile technical content for Education/Training/E-Learning/blended learning systems
• Experience in need analysis, supervision, review and management of Blended Learning Content and related activities for custom eLearning courses/programs
• Experience in preparation of Guidelines, SOP and Process Documents
• Exposure to Question Bank Preparation, Assessment and Certification
• Understanding or working knowledge of Content Authoring tools, Instructional Design for e-Learning
• Exposure and understanding of LMS/CMS, E-Learning systems, Search engine optimization techniques etc
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Candidate having a flair for writing with strong vocabulary & Command in reviewing and creating technical content
• Ability to work independently within allocated resources to execute time-based tasks/assignments, self-starter & disciplined
• Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
• Ability to work in a distributed/remote team environment and exposure to online collaborative tools

• Lead the Content and Blended Learning Components of project across Resource Centers
• Lead activities concerning content management of Blended/Online E-learning System and Virtual Labs
• Lead activities concerning Question Bank Preparation, Assessment and Certification of overall project
• Ensure the availability of a large set of standardized and quality content as per standardized quality of training and online custom programs
• Develop, Release, Train and implement content strategy, content guidelines, Best Practices, and related technical documents for overall programme which includes Blended Learning, Course Content, Virtual labs, LMS platforms etc.
• To oversee project teams in +(a) design and inclusion of new academic courses in the overall framework (b) defining knowledge component for courses in coordination with partners/experts
• To ensure standardization of content across multiple project teams and frequent and effective monitoring for compliances
• Extensively interact and Engage internal and external stakeholders work with the project teams and subject matter experts
• Establish a well-defined process to continuously update the Course material involving Content and QB
• Assess and determine on a regular basis whether the courses/programs continue to be effective in meeting learning needs
• Define technology-wise targets/programmes to teams on a regular basis
• Constantly review, monitor, identify and update appropriateness of courses/programs offered on platform on frequent basis
