Cyber Security Knowledge:

• Proven experience with ICS/SCADA/OT systems, AI/ML security, blockchain security assessments and telecom infrastructure.
• Have a solid knowledge of SCADA systems, OPC, PLC, SQL and windows Server 20xx.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements (eg., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC62443).
• Strong security concepts of threat categories (such as malware, phishing attacks, Defence-in-Depth, MITRE ATT&CK framework, etc).
• Extensive experience working with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-spam, content management, server and network device hardening etc.,
• Certifications (Preferred): CEH, CompTIA+, CISA, GICSP, OSCP or equivalent.
• Certifications (Desirable): EC-Council ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity.

Project Management: 

• Experience with leading the technical project and coordinate the overall project execution activities.
• Proven track record of delivering mission-critical, cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity (depending on the domain).
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRS, Asana, MS projects etc).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of critical technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Manage the project development and research activities of the cybersecurity research and development project.
• Coordinate with all team members to accomplish the project deliverables.
