Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is a Scientific Society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. CDAC Noida is seeking for technical experts to work on National Importance Projects. An opportunity to work on e-Governance, Modern Microservices-based e-Governance application, Health Informatics, Human Resource and Financial Management, and Modern Microservices-based Health Informatics, Human Resource and Financial Management Application. We are looking for bright & result-oriented professionals, technical expertsfor appointment on a purely Contract basis for the following positions:   
1. Project Manager(Minimum 9 years Experience)

All the above posts are purely on contract basis on consolidated emolument initially for a period of 03 (THREE) year or co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier. However, term of contract may be considered for extension for a further period of another three year not more than two years at a time based on performance of the incumbent and requirement of the project. However, C-DAC, Noida reserve the right to terminate the Contract even during the contract period or extended contract period without assigning any reason after giving 45 days prior notice, or salary in lieu thereof. The selected candidates will be eligible to apply for different/higher post, on contract on consolidated pay basis, against internal notifications issued from time to time. Job Profile / Skill sets
  1. Core Technical Expertise
    1. Backend – Spring Boot / Microservices:
      1. Strong command over Core Java 8+ / 11+ and Spring Boot framework.
      2. Deep understanding of Microservice Architecture: Service decomposition, API design, inter-service communication. Service discovery (Eureka), API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway). Configuration management using Spring Cloud Config Server.
      3. Expertise in RESTful API design, versioning, and documentation (Swagger).
      4. Experience in Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and ORM optimization techniques.
      5. Proficient in Exception handling, logging, and asynchronous processing.
      6. Working knowledge of Spring Security, JWT/OAuth2, and role-based access control.
    2. Event Streaming & Caching:
      1. Apache Kafka: Understanding of producer-consumer model, topics, partitions, offsets, and message retention. Experience designing event-driven systems and integrating microservices using Kafka. Familiar with Kafka Streams or Kafka Connect.
      2. Redis: Expertise in using Redis for caching, session management, and data storage. Understanding of eviction policies, TTL, and Redis Cluster setup.
    3. Database:
      1. Strong grasp of RDBMS (PostgreSQL).
      2. Experience in schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
      3. Familiar with database version control tools.
  2. Frontend – React:
    1. Good understanding of ReactJS fundamentals: Component-based architecture, hooks, props, and state management.
    2. Experience with Redux / Context API for global state management.
    3. REST API integration and asynchronous calls using Axios / Fetch.
    4. Familiarity with React Router, form handling, and validation.
    5. Build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
    6. Understanding of responsive UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend debugging.
    • Note:The Tech Lead doesn’t have to be a frontend specialist but must be able to coordinate and review the integration between backend APIs and the React-based frontend.
  3. DevOps, Deployment & Cloud Awareness:
    1. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
    2. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
    3. Understanding of environment segregation — dev, test, staging, production.
    4. Application monitoring and logging Tools like ELK Stack.
  4. Architecture & Design Skills:
    1. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
    2. Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts.
    3. Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure microservice architectures.
    4. Proficiency in designing API contracts, data flow diagrams, and component interaction models.
    5. Experience performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and guiding developers.
  5. Leadership & Coordination:
    1. Guide the technical team on design, implementation, and integration best practices.
    2. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and security standards.
    3. Provide technical mentorship to backend and frontend developers.
    4. Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployments.
    5. Collaborate with the Project Manager for effort estimation, planning, and delivery tracking.
    6. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis (RCA).
    7. Own technical documentation — architecture diagrams, data flow, deployment notes.
  6. Soft Skills:
    1. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
    2. Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
    3. Leadership with a balance of hands-on coding and team guidance.
    4. Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
    5. Ability to handle pressure and overlapping deadlines
CTC per Annum Minimum *₹10.12/-lakhs per annum based on the post qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms (CTC includes benefits like Medical reimbursement, PF, Canteen subsidy, Leave encashment, Gratuity, etc.)
Age Maximum 40 years as on 30.11.2025

*C-DAC reserves the right w.r.t. to the pay to be offered to selected candidates based on the norms of C-DAC. Higher starting pay may be allowed to candidates possessing higher qualification or certifications namely like PMP, CISSP, etc.
