Multilingual Technologies Group (MTG), C-DAC Pune, has developed CIVA (C-DAC Intelligent Voice Assistant), an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to provide accurate, reliable, and seamless access to information available on the official C-DAC website.
CIVA leverages the power of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable users to interact naturally through voice and text. The solution delivers quick, authentic, and context-aware responses, eliminating the need to navigate multiple webpages while enhancing the overall user experience.
